We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.\nCustom and made-to-order products: Many of our products are handcrafted, printed on demand, or personalized. Strazio Studio has no control over these charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SECTION 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">In compliance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">How to request a return: You must send an email to straziostudio@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Condition of the item: The product must be returned undamaged, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Return shipping costs: Shipping costs for returning the item are borne entirely by the buyer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">CRUCIAL EXCEPTIONS: The right of withdrawal and refund DOES NOT apply under any circumstances to customized, personalized, made-to-order, or custom-commissioned products created upon the specific request of the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Refund: Within 14 days of receiving the returned item at our facility and verifying its complete integrity, a refund will be issued for the item's price via the original payment method used for the purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SECTION 8 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
