SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. You understand that your content, excluding credit card information, may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service or access to the Service without our express written permission.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY AND PRICING (ITALIAN FLAT-RATE TAX REGIME)

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euro (€). Important tax notice: As Strazio Studio operates under the Italian flat-rate tax regime (regime forfettario), VAT is not applied to the prices shown. Value Added Tax is therefore not charged on invoices or receipts, in accordance with applicable Italian law. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part or content thereof, without prior notice.

SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS, IMAGES AND CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products shown in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be perfectly identical to the actual product. Custom-made and made-to-order products: Many of our products are handmade, printed to order or customised. Minor imperfections or differences from the photographs should be regarded as characteristics of the handmade nature of the product and not as defects.

SECTION 5 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address and/or telephone number provided at the time the order was placed. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

Products are processed, prepared and shipped within 2–6 business days from the date of the order, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page. International shipping: Any customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees applicable to shipments outside the European Union are entirely and exclusively the responsibility of the buyer. Strazio Studio has no control over these charges.

SECTION 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY

In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

• How to request a return: You must send an email to straziostudio@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of the item: The product must be returned intact, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs: The cost of returning the goods is entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
• IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS: The right of withdrawal and refund does NOT apply under any circumstances to customised, made-to-measure, made-to-order, printed-to-order products or products made according to the customer’s specific request.

• Refund: Within 14 days of receiving the returned item at our premises, and subject to verification that it is completely intact, the cost of the item will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

SECTION 8 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

From time to time, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

SECTION 9 – PROHIBITED USES

In addition to the other prohibitions set out in these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the website or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to violate any international, national or local laws or regulations; (c) to violate or infringe our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others, including copying or reproducing our designs, graphics or illustrations; (d) to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service if you violate any of these prohibited uses.

SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Under no circumstances shall Strazio Studio, its owners or collaborators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products purchased through it.

For any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of this agreement, jurisdiction shall lie with the court of the consumer’s place of residence, or with the Court of Turin where the buyer purchases for professional purposes using a VAT number.
