Strazio Studio offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. SECTION 3 - ACCURACY AND PRICES (FLAT-RATE TAX REGIME)
All prices on the site are expressed in Euro (€). Important tax note: As the seller operates under the Italian flat-rate tax regime (Regime Forfettario), VAT (Value Added Tax) is not applied to prices and will not be charged on invoices or receipts in accordance with the law. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS, IMAGES, AND CUSTOM ITEMS
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Custom and made-to-order products: Many of our products are handcrafted, printed on demand, or personalized. Slight imperfections or variations from the photos are to be considered characteristics of the product's craftsmanship and not defects.
SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
Products are processed, crafted, and shipped within 2-6 business days from the order, unless otherwise specified on the product page. International Shipping: Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees for shipments outside the European Union are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the buyer. Strazio Studio has no control over these charges.
SECTION 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY
In compliance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- How to request a return: You must send an email to straziostudio@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition of the item: The product must be returned undamaged, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs: Shipping costs for returning the item are borne entirely by the buyer.
- CRUCIAL EXCEPTIONS: The right of withdrawal and refund DOES NOT apply under any circumstances to customized, personalized, made-to-order, or custom-commissioned products created upon the specific request of the customer.
- Refund: Within 14 days of receiving the returned item at our facility and verifying its complete integrity, a refund will be issued for the item's price via the original payment method used for the purchase.
SECTION 8 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to violate any international, federal, local, or national regulations, rules, or laws; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others (including copying or reproducing our designs, graphics, or illustrations); (d) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. In no case shall Strazio Studio, its owners, or collaborators be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the site or any products procured using the service.
SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract, the competent court will be the place of residence of the consumer (or the Court of Turin if the buyer purchases for professional purposes with a VAT number).
